Horacio Domingos is a Senior Transmission Specialist with broad experience in Power System Protection, Operation, Maintenance and Management of Electrical Power Networks. He joined Electricidade de Moçambique (EDM) in 2006, as a Technician, and have rose through the ranks to Electrical Power System Department Manager, and is currently the Division Director of Centre and Northern Transmission Grid.

He has experience in Power Plants, Substations, Transmission and Distribution System ranging from Inception and Design, construction supervision, operation, maintenance and management.In his work scope, Mr. Domingos has dealt with Business Developer, Consultants, Suppliers and Contractors during all stages of Electrical Projects, which one of them is the CTRG power plant project where he made relevant technical contribution as Network Owner, since inception.

Mr. Domingos is a Mozambican registered Electrical Engineer and has attended MBA at Eduardo Mondlane University. He has also attended many courses and seminars, around the world, in Operation, Maintenance and Management of Electrical Infrastructure. Presently he is also the Network Owner key person for Transmission interconnection projects of Renewable Power Plants. He is fluent in both Portuguese and English.
