She holds a total of 16 years of cumulative professional working experience, of which 6 years are at Mid-level Management. Her career background and experience strongly features: Administration, Projects management , implementation of organization’s Social Responsibility objectives. Prior to CTRG, she worked at MAHS & at Kempe Engineering. Marilia has a degree in Education and Social Work.
