Central Térmica de Ressano Garcia, S.A. (“CTRG”)
Central Térmica de Ressano Garcia, S.A. (“CTRG”), is a Mozambican joint venture company between Azura Power (“Azura”) with 49%, Electricidade de Moçambique, E.P. (“EDM”) with 46%, with the remaining 5% held in treasury at CTRG. CTRG operates a 175 MW (gross) gas-fired power plant located at Ressano Garcia in Moamba District in the Province of Maputo.

The Power Plant has an installed capacity of 175 MW.
Operation Start
Commercial operation of the Project was achieved on 27 February 2015.

Engine: Wartsila V20W34SG (V Engine with 20 cylinders of 34 cm bore).

ABB AMG1120LT08 DSE (12.16 MVA, 15kV, 750 rpm).
Type of Generators
Engine: Wartsila V20W34SG (V Engine with 20 cylinders of 34 cm bore).
Fuel
CTRG is an IPP using Generator Group which the primary source is Natural Gas.
