CTRG Power Plant is operated and maintained by CTRG employees divided into operation team and maintenance team.
The Operations team is composed by a manager, four supervisors, eight control room operators, twelve power plant operators and one water treatment plant operator and laboratory technician. The maintenance team is composed by a manager, two mechanical supervisors, an electrical and control supervisor, four mechanical technicians, four electrical technicians, ten maintenance assistants and four general workers.

CTRG operations consists of the operations of 16 Gensets, 01 on standby and 01 on maintenance. The Net Dependable Capacity is 152,283 MWh and a Specific Heat Rate of 9080910 kJ/MWh (HHV).
