CTRG’s recruitment process does not include unsolicited offers of employment and does not require any form of advance payment from candidates. If ever financial solicitations are made by CTRG employees, CTRG Whistleblowing Policy requests immediate reporting through our whistle-blowing email: whistle-blowing@ctrg.co.mz. 

Any suspected fraud is reported to the same email. CTRG is a Mozambican company that gives preference to Mozambican candidates. CTRG will only contact you if you have applied for a vacancy through the career section available on our website, the official CTRG email, or newspaper adverts OR if you were contacted by one of our authorized recruitment firms OR CTRG internal HR personnel. CTRG will not ask you to send personal banking information via email.
