Prior to joining Azura, Jennifer was a Partner at Trinity International LLP, a niche law firm that specialises in advising on corporate and project finance transactions in emerging markets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jennifer advised both developers and financial institutions on a variety of complex projects, with a particular focus on renewable and thermal energy projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. This included advising sponsors and developers on: the $900m project financing of the 459MW Edo IPP in Nigeria, two geothermal IPPs in Ethiopia, a hydro-electric project in Malawi, a number of IPP projects in Mozambique and a solar IPP in Burundi. Prior to joining Trinity, Jennifer trained with and was a Managing Associate at Linklaters LLP where she spent time in their London, Singapore and Dubai offices.
